Fitness Products I Love
I don't use many products but there are a few that I love that I figured I would share:
Canadian Protein All Natural Grass-Fed New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate (Stevia): This is high in protein and low in calories and sugars. There are minimal ingredients which are all FODMAP approved for my IBS. The flavor and consistency is very good. I have not been using this while I have been pregnant. I plan to stock up after pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Vega Essentials Shake (chocolate): This has 20 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar. It provides 16% of your daily fiber and 25% of your daily vitamins. I usually have this for breakfast with some added blueberries, spinach, and milk. I have been using this while pregnant to ensure I am getting enough vitamins and protein.
Gutzy: I always buy this in the Strawberry, Kiwi, & Kale flavor. They are low in calorie, gluten & dairy free and contain prebiotics. It's a great little snack when you are on the go.
Water bottle by Cool Gear: This water bottle is huge! 64 oz and inexpensive. The plus is that I drop it all the time and it has not broken. Currently I weigh 150 lbs and should aim to drink 100 ounces of water/day. With pregnancy, heat, and exercise you should aim for more than that. I drink at least 2 of these a day and lately it's been about 3 of these a day.
Bodylastics: I workout at home and these have been a lifesaver to get in a variety of exercises and resistance levels. You can purchase the amount that works best for you. You can buy each individual band or sets which go all the way up to 404 pounds.
Free Weights: I work out at home and only use free weights. I really have to slow down and keep my body in control when using free weights as opposed to machines at the gym.
