Cookie Monster
I LOVE sweets which I have talked about in previous posts. Being home on summer break has not helped as now i have so much free time to eat!
When I have been craving baked goods I have been trying to make this cookie recipe which I found on Pinterest. It makes 2 large cookies and I can really only eat 1 at a time as they are pretty big. I thought to myself how bad could 1 cookie really be?
So I decided to look on "MyFitnessPal" and see. Well these 2 cookies have 610 calories! Good thing I was only eating 1 at a time as 1 of my snacks/meals for that day. These are not the most nutritional choice for a meal/snack. After looking at the amount of calories and fat in them I definitely have only made them again once.
I am looking for healthier cookie recipes but they never taste as good as the real thing and the protein cookies on the market have a lot of calories and fat in them as well as a bunch of ingredients I don't want to consume.
Anyone have any suggestions for better baked goods recipes?
