How I Save Time
I really like to streamline my to do list during the week so that I have more free time on the weekends.
The last thing I want to do on the weekends is
cleaning and chores.
Let's just say my house is super organized. I have moved a bunch of times during college and as an adult so I have really mastered the art of minimalist living and decor.
Everything in the house has a designated place which makes this much easier but every time I use something I put it back in it's designated location. That way I don't have to go around the house putting miscellaneous items away each night/on the weekends.
Each night or morning I make sure I do all of the dishes (we do not have a dishwasher so this is really important to reduce clutter). Every night I wipe down the kitchen counters and sweep the entryway. I have a bobsweep which is amazing and I run that a couple of times a week. However, since I have allergies and we have carpeting no one is allowed to wear shoes inside the house. Every time I can run a full load of laundry I do and make sure I fold it that same day. As you can see I usually fold it while babygirl has to sit up right for 30 minutes after eating and we chat while I fold.
Basically just clean up after yourself as you go through each day.
